Finally official tourdates have been announced for the US tour:

Vince Clarke & Alison Moyet have announced that they will reunite for the first time in over 25 years for The Reconnected Tour, a brief U.S trek in July starting at the Paramount Theater in Oakland, CA on July 7 and culminating in two headline shows at New York City's Terminal 5 on July 16 and 17th.

Tickets are on-sale in Chicago on Friday, March 7; NY and Los Angeles beginning Saturday, March 8; and Oakland on Sunday, March 9.

The tour is preceded by In Your Room a 4-disc box set which includes remasters and 5.1 mixes of both Yaz classic albums Upstairs At Eric's and You And Me Both, b-sides and remixes plus a DVD featuring a new short film containing exclusive new interviews with Vince Clarke and Alison Moyet and the promo videos for "Don't Go", "The Other Side Of Love", "Nobody's Diary", "Situation (1990)" and "Only You (1999)".

A limited edition vinyl 12" with new dance mixes will also be released to promote the set.

Good news for Vince and Alison, the second Copenhagen show is sold out too! There's no official announce of more dates in Denmark.

Yazoo will be playing in Spain on Saturday 21st June.

"Not long after founding Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke, the group's main composer, threw in the towel to go his own way with the punk veteran Alison Moyet. Drawing deeply from the legacy of Kraftwerk and with Alison's vocals influenced by blues, Yazoo breathed life into the flame of synthpop, accumulating hit after hit, until they both decided to go their separate ways after their second album.

Mute is now releasing their remastered classics on the four-LP compilation "In Your Room", a wonderful opportunity that shows that another encounter with the duo so that they can give us their best moments live is well worth it.
