Unreleased Songs - (If you have more information about them, please contact me)

  • Chinese Detectives (Clarke)  An unrelased instrumental, also known as China and Loose Talk, it was a song played in the middle of the shws to give a rest to Alison's voice. There are (at least) 2 live versions, the Dominion Theathre and the BBC live (very different and shorter). A studio version was probably recorded but wans't relased officially, maybe available on a 7" bootleg, Depeche's Big Muff on the a-side and this song on the b-side.
  • Get Set (Clarke/Moyet) This was the theme of 1982 TV pop show "Get Set For Summer".
  • Get Set (Clarke/Moyet) Instrumental, probably taken from the Backing tape.
  • The Other Side Of The Tracks Theme (Clarke): Theme for another TV music show, Vince speaking thru a vocoder repeating the show's title being the only vocals.
  • Trak Trix: (Clarke) Instrumental theme for a TV show in 1984 is around 120bpm with a very catchy melody.
        • Data Run: Another theme for a TV show, with Alison on vocals.

  • Let's Get Together Demo (Clarke) An unrelased Vince song written for Depeche Mode but probably played by Yazoo. The full song is a demo sung by Vince, and there's a short version sung by Dave, with Vince and Marting talking about the first era, I don't know if there's a full version sung by Dave. This song has been re-written by Vince and released by the band Girl Authority
  • Only You Demo (Clarke) The famous first demo sung by Alison Moyet.

  • Don't Go: (A very different version of the final released single)

Rarities From Other Vince Projects

  • Interview with Vince (1984) Vince explains a Fairlight and played some tunes and an unrelased song (known as Deep Waves) from the "The Assembly" era.
  • Robert Marlow Live
    Robert supported Erasure in 1986 (Basildon) and he played a full LP that was never relased, until in 1999 the swedish recold label "Energy Rekords" released it on CD!. Here's the tracking list for the 1986 show:
