Yazoo will be playing in Spain on Saturday 21st June. "Not long after founding Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke, the group's main composer, threw in the towel to go his own way with the punk veteran Alison Moyet. Drawing deeply from the legacy of Kraftwerk and with Alison's vocals influenced by blues, Yazoo breathed life into the flame of synthpop, accumulating hit after hit, until they both decided to go their separate ways after their second album. Mute is now releasing their remastered classics on the four-LP compilation "In Your Room", a wonderful opportunity that shows that another encounter with the duo so that they can give us their best moments live is well worth it. And to celebrate such a long anticipated reunion, Sónar will be the first festival to play host to them.
